This post will conclude my review of the Clickbank Code course by Michael Jones and unfortunately, the product was a “washout”.
For the second time in a few weeks, I’ve got to say that I really, really, really wanted to like a particular Clickbank product. This time it was the Clickbank Code course. (Prior to that it was the Rich Garbage Man)
My first impressions were favorable. The videos were well done. Although the information wasn’t necessarily groundbreaking, I still managed to pick up a couple of things. And I really liked the Excel spreadsheet that is used to evaluate a product’s potential.
But in the end, I just can’t in good concious recommend buying the Clickbank Code course. Here are my complaints:
- Not enough new material or information to justify the price.
- You better have some money saved before trying to make money following the Clickbank Code methods, otherwise, you’ll lose your shorts paying PPC costs. For example, Mr. Jones recommends a daily ad budget of $500 to start.
- No examples included of the types of sites you’ll be creating.
- I noticed as of today (5/22) the refund rate is over 19%.
So this concludes the Clickbank Code Review. I will be requesting a refund of my purchase but I will keep searching for REAL money-making products. Make sure you subsribe to the blog (top left column) so you’ll be notified when I hit the jackpot!
Take care.

Michael Jones is really a good internet marketer for creating a very convincing sales page. I was very eager to buy it even though I’m broke right now. The way he presents click bank is a get rich quick scheme but he denies it and says buy a lottery ticket.
I think I will have more chances of having money buying lottery tickets than buying his click bank code. Thanks for sharing this post! Since you already bought it, it is alright to give me a copy?
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry, I cannot give you a copy of the Clickbank Code as that would be illegal and unethical.
Okay no problem. Anyway I’ll just come back to see more of your review post and hoping you will find the real one.
Thanks for writing, I very much enjoyed reading your most recent post. I think you should post more often, you evidently have talent for blogging!
Again, it’s refreshing to see an ethical and honest marketer give a real review. No wonder you’re ranking high on Google. You deserve it.
One thing to keep in mind…is that Michael Jones is a very experienced marketer. I think that a person with previous success in marketing industry will not have much trouble making money with clickbank.
As of matter of fact, many successful clickbank affiliates are experienced online marketers. That is why it is tough for newbies (like me) to make money on line. It will take some time to learn what you need to know regardless what ‘make money on-line’ models you want to use. For now, I am learning from Dr. Glen Livingston. He teaches fundamentals in a very comprehensive manner and uses examples. He made me realize how much I don’t know.
Thanks again for a great review!
I’m wondering if you were successful in gaining a refund? I wish I had done my due diligence on this one. I only just purchased it a couple of days ago thus I’m well within the 2 months “money back guarantee” period. Do you have any tips/advice as to how I can successfully gain a refund ?
Hi Sandi,
Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties getting a refund. Yes, I finally received mine but I had to get Clickbank’s customer service involved. Take a look at the bottom of your Clickbank email receipt. It contains a link for contacting them. It should say something like this:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you need additional customer service ClickBank will be happy to assist you.
