Here are the "Free Auction Profits" reviews from around the web....

My 2 Cents

I bought this eBook during the days when I still thought the "average person" could make a living on eBay. I no longer believe it today.

First of all, this eBook was inexpensive - around $20 - so I thought I might could make back the price of the eBook if even one idea worked. Fortunately, I made around $50 so everything worked out.

Here is a look at the table of contents:

Chapter 1 - How to find free stuff online to sell on eBay
Chapter 2 - 5 simple steps to getting free stuff to sell on eBay
Chapter 3 - How to find free stuff offline to sell on eBay
Chapter 4 - How to win/profit from contests
Chapter 5 - How to get everyday stuff free
Chapter 6 - eBay resources
Chapter 7 - Closing remarks
Chapter 8 - Thank yous/inspirations
Chapter 9 - Make money with this eBook

Don't let the number of chapters fool you. This eBook is only 32 pages so you won't find volumes of information here. And quite honestly, the only chapters I found useful were 1 and 2.

The main idea I used from Karol's eBook was to purchase an item at a local store or over the Internet that offered a significant rebate, then resell that item at eBay for the regular price, thereby earning a profit.

I used this idea to purchase a disk drive from Staples, put it up for auction, and make around $50.00 on the transaction.

So, yes, the ideas in the book did work for me. But beware - you really need to do your research ahead of time on what's selling on eBay, otherwise, you may get stuck with your purchased item. In my case, I would have simply used the disk drive had it not sold.

As I mentioned previously, "Free Auction Profits" is only 32 pages and it 'feels' like it was probably Karol's first eBook. Don't expect a polished work of art like a Jim Edwards or a Yanik Silver might deliver.

But if you're looking for a cheap way to jump into the eBay scene, "Free Auction Profits" might be worthwhile.

Overall, I give "Free Auction Profits" a rating of 3 out of 5 knuckleheads based on the original ideas it contains. I actually made a little money following them.

reviews

Positives:
- Original ideas.
- Inexpensive.
- Good examples.

Negatives:
- Only 32 pages and it probably could have been shorter.
- A few of the ideas are a bit of a 'stretch' (e.g., winning contests).
